Our laboratory is one of the most important and best laboratories specialized in the field of civil engineering, as it consists of several departments such as geotechnical, concrete, asphalt, chemicals, and surveying. The laboratory workers have high capabilities in the field of classic and specific tests that were conducted in various types of soil such as clay, sandy, rocky, gypseous soils, and others, which made their experience very high in this field. Our laboratory makes accuracy and integrity essential factors in field and laboratory work. Therefore the laboratory administration is used to conduct periodic calibrations of the devices used in the tests. Al Shams Laboratory is located in the center of Baghdad, and our services can cover all regions of Iraq.

Why Geotechnical Engineering ?
